Merit's construction management team mobilized in late February
2012 to the Santander Project, 15,000 feet above sea level. Trevali,
in partnership with Glencore International, are upgrading this
brown-field project to recommence mining of 2,000 tpd silver, and
lead- zinc concentrate.

Merit's scope is to manage the on site construction program, which
involves both refurbished and new buildings and equipment. The
process line includes 2 ball mills and 2 rod mills.
