Coca Mines Inc.Shumake Project, CaliforniaMerit was Construction Managers for the construction of the Shumake open pit mine. A 600 ft. wide x 5,100 ft. long heap leach pad is serviced by a 4,200 ton per day three stage open circuit crushing and screening plant with 36" wide inplant and leach pad belt conveyors. The heap leach pad conveyors are moveable complete with radial stacker. Gold extraction from the pregnant solution is by Merrill-Crowe method.
