Falls Mountain Coal

Willow Creek Project, Northern British Columbia
Merit is the designated Project and Construction Manager for the 500 tph new coal plant at Willow Creek, near Chetwynd, B.C. Construction started in June 2004 and the plant is schedule to ship coal starting in December 2004. The Stage 1 facilities include crushing, conveying and loading out on to trains. The facilities incorporate a new rail siding, bridges, new power line and access.
