Copper Mountain Mine Achieved Record Third Quarter Copper

Updated Positive Feasibility Study for the Harper Creek Project
Merit Consultants provided study management, capital cost estimating, project scheduling and implementation strategy for Yellowhead Mining Inc.'s Harper Creek Copper Project Feasibility Study dated July 31, 2014. YMI has contemplated a five year development program for the Project. From 2014 to mid-2016, YMI will focus on permitting; including environmental permitting and Mines Act (BC) permitting. Construction is scheduled for mid-2016 through 2018, with a target of commencement of commercial production during the second half of 2018.

Ontario Graphite - Kearney Graphite Mine Development

Ontario Graphite (OGL) is re-commissioning the Kearney open pit graphite mine located in Canada, one of the top ten gold producing countries in the world. The mine is known to contain the largest confirmed graphite resources in North America and will make Ontario Graphite one of the only two producers of natural flake graphite in North America when production begins.

Replacement of the overland conveyor at Barrack's Lumwana Copper Project in Zambia, Merit were asked to provide a management team to schedule and expedite the replacement. Working with local contractors and Sandvik, the conveyor supplier, the renewal was completed one month ahead of schedule.

Copper North Announces Results of Preliminary Economic Assessment of Gold and Silver Recovery at Carmacks Copper
Copper North released the results of a preliminary economic assessment (the "PEA") that evaluates the recovery of gold and silver alongside the recovery of copper at the proposed Carmacks Copper leach project. The first phase of work was undertaken by Alistair Kent, P.Eng. of Merit Consultants International Inc. and Dr. Morris Beattie, P.Eng.; both are Independent Qualified Persons. Their work to assess the potential viability of additional gold and silver recovery, as presented in this PEA, has been combined with the results of the previous studies on geology, mineral resources, potential mining plan, and potential copper heap leaching design.
