| Position: Project Controls Location: Overseas and North America The Project Controls manager must be experienced in areas of Project Document Tracking and Controls using SureTrak, Expedition and P3e software or equipment. Other software expertise may include:
Point Person for the scheduling / estimating / tracking processes of projects utilizing Primavera and Expedition Project Manager Software. Archive records for all transmittals sent; handle invoicing and requisitions; and coordinate schedule updates in conjunction with specifications and/or clients requests. Handles contract administration, bids, proposals, RFI and RFP's. Collaborate with project / construction management staff on improvements to field survey, systems, and procedures. Able to run and operate cost control reports, including invoice review and coding. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years experience in Information Systems, Project Management and Administrative Management in the industrial construction industry. The applicant should have good people and management skills to ensure the successful implementation of the construction plan.
